Q: Can you tell us about your service?
A: When cleaning your home we always us toxin-free cleaners these products are never tested on animals. They are safe; never harmful to your health, or the health of your family or pets. We are an environmentally safe green home cleaning service, which means that we make every effort to minimize waste and preserve the integrity of the planet by using biodegradable cleaners.

Q: What makes your service different from any other cleaning service?
A: Our general cleaning is more thorough than other cleaning services.  We offer free "turn down" service if you want it. We use 100% essential oils - aromatherapy for your living space if you desire a scent. We treat your home with the utmost respect.  We are an environmentally and socially responsible service.

Q: What are your rates for a General and/or Deep Cleaning?
A: The rate is $35.00 per hour for each cleaner for a home cleaning session with a 2 hour minimum. 

 

Q: What does a General Cleaning include?
A: General cleaning includes a thorough cleaning of all surfaces such as, but not limited to; floors, counters, mirrors, furniture, microwave. Unlike other cleaning services, we will always clean corners, underneath beds, move objects on a counter in order to clean underneath them. This cleaning also includes disinfecting the kitchen and bathroom as well as "turn down" service, which includes; changing your sheets (clients must leave fresh sheets for the cleaner). 

 

Q: What does a Deep Cleaning include?
A: Deep cleaning includes all services provided in a general cleaning and more. This cleaning is very intense and detailed.  Intense areas of cleaning include; inside/outside of refrigerator and/or stove, inside/outside of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets if desired, full dusting and cleaning of all bookcases, inside and outside of windows (if reachable), removing cobwebs, cleaning of all lighting fixtures, baseboards, ceiling fans and any other surface that might need cleaning.

 

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 10am - 6pm. Weekends we are generally closed for business.

Q: What cleaning supplies do I need?

A: We are equipped with our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies.  But we do ask that you have a working vacuum on hand and vacuum bags if needed.

Q: What type of lead time do I need to give when booking an appointment?
A: We usually require 24 hour advance notice.

Q: Do I have to be home when someone cleans?
A: The large majority of our clients are professionals and are not home when we clean. Some clients let us in before they leave for work and show us how to let ourselves out and some clients opt to make us a set of keys.

Q: We have pets, is that a problem?
A: We are accustomed to working around our furry friends, but if your pets tend to get anxious around strangers it is best to have them in an enclosed area during the first cleaning or until they become accustomed to the home cleaners. Please remember that extra time is needed to rid any home of pet hair.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We are happy to accept personal checks and/or cash after completion of your cleaning session.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that there are times when you might need to cancel or change your cleaning session.  We ask that you give us at least 48 hours cancellation notice.  Due to our busy schedules, if you cancel less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will incur a $70.00 cancellation fee.

 

Any appointments canceled less than 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged the full amount of the cleaning session.  If an Eco Clean Atlanta professional arrives at a scheduled cleaning appointment and is unable to gain access to your home you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the scheduled cleaning session.
