Every home is different, so based on the size of your space we provide a simple hourly pricing system that ensures a thorough job for a fair price.  For example an average home of 2 beds/2 -1/2  baths, living room and kitchen may take us approximately 2 hours for a general cleaning session between 2 cleaners. 

So, the more space you have the more time it will take to complete the service.  On the day of your cleaning session we ask for a quick walk-through, because we know every home is unique.  You may have your own requirements and that's fine too.  We desire your eco-friendly business and want to demonstrate what we mean when we say clean.

Our services include either a general clean  deep clean, move-in/move-out,  and after party cleaning sessions on a monthly basis.   Our hourly rate for all services is $30.00 an hour for each cleaner.  We do offer 15% discounts for new clients who prefer weekly and bi-monthly cleaning sessions.

  • Services :

    General Cleaning Services:

    · Vacuum all carpets and mop all hardwood floors 
    · Clean all kitchen counters
    · Clean inside/outside of microwave
    · Clean top of stove

    · Scour kitchen sink
    · Clean bathtubs, showers, toilets, sinks and mirrors/faucets
    · Clean and empty waste cans
    · Dust furniture

    We also include a "turn down" service and laundry per your request (clients must leave fresh sheets on the bed for the home cleaner). 

    Deep Cleaning Services:

    · Clean inside and outside of refrigerator
    ·     Vacuum blinds, window sills, clean windows inside and outside (if reachable)

    · Clean inside ovens

    · Clean inside of drawers, closets, shelves and kitchen cabinets, by request

    · Clean baseboards, fans/light fixtures

    · Dust all furniture

Cancellation Policy

Eco Clean Atlanta requires a 48 hour cancellation notice.  If you cancel your appointment any later than 48 hours, we unfortunately have to charge you a late cancellation fee of $65.00 for arriving at the scheduled cleaning session.

Discounts for Client Referrals 

10% off - refer a new client to Eco Clean Atlanta (who makes an appointment with us) and earn 10% discount on your next cleaning session.
